Description
A lowboy trailer drops its deck height twice, once just past the gooseneck and again just before the wheels, leaving a deck far lower than other trailer types. That low profile means it can legally carry loads up to 12 feet (3.66 m) tall, something most trailers can't manage. Lowboys typically haul heavy machinery like bulldozers and large industrial equipment.
